UD AUTO SALES LTD is the data controller responsible for the personal data you provide through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When you use the Contact form, submit a Buy It Now request, or use Track Your Order, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message or enquiry. We do not knowingly collect any special category data, and we do not require you to create an account or provide payment details through this website.
We process your data to respond to your enquiry and take steps towards a possible contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and, where relevant, on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing efficient customer service and maintaining accurate order-tracking records (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
We retain enquiry and order data only for as long as necessary to handle your request, complete any resulting sale, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
